What is a style personality
Don’t mistake it for a personality style. Instead, your style personality reflects your natural preferences, lifestyle, and emotional energy. It portrays who you really are at your core, your expression and your feelings, rather than following static rules.
My personality for example is calm and no fuss, which leads me towards casual effortless, neutral style with a bit of structure. That’s how I like my everyday life to be, and as a result, that’s what I naturally gravitate towards.
Style Archetype vs. Style Personality
It can be confusing as both style archetypes and style personalities an overlap in terms of naming conventions, but the difference is simple.
Your style archetype helps you understand how you want to look.
Your style personality helps you understand how you want to feel.
Therefore you will have direction when it comes to what clothes to shop for!
For example, my style archetype is Natural and Elegant Chic (linen shirts, denim) while my style personality is Classic and Natural (I want to feel effortless and sophisticated).
